• Go to the shop section of this website by clicking the shop button in the top menu. This will take you to the main shopping menu where you will see pictures of different products.
• Click on a picture to see a product. This will take you to a submenu of a product group or it will you take you straight to the product information page of this product. You can now navigate using the shopping menu bar on the left. You can always go back to the main shopping menu by clicking the shop button in the top menu.
• Once you are on the product information page of a product you will see a few small thumbnail pictures of the product. Click on a thumbnail to enlarge it.
• On the product information page you will also find a detailed description of the product.
• If you want to order a product, just click on the add to shopping cart button.
• Your cart is always shown in the cart-menu on the right.
• When you add something to your cart it will immediately appear in your cart-menu.
• You can always delete something from the cart menu by clicking on the X button.
• When you are ready to order, click on the checkout button. This will take you to the first page of our check-out process.
• The checkout-process has 5 different steps, which clearly guide you through the whole process. Throughout the process the steps are shown in the left menu bar, so you can see where you are and what the next step will be. You can easily go back one step by clicking on the back button which you will see above the checkout-steps.
  
• These are the five steps of the checkout-process:

1. conditions
   Here you will see our terms and conditions and we urge you to read them. We think it is very important! After you have read our terms and conditions and if you agree with them, click on the agree button to continue.
2. destination zone
   Choose whether your order will be shipped:
   - within the Netherlands (shipping costs € 3.50 per order)
   - within Europe (shipping costs € 6.50 per order)
   - outside of Europe (shipping costs € 15.00 per order)
3. shipping method
   Choose whether you want your order to be sent by
   - registered mail (additional € 3.50 per order within the Netherlands and € 5.50 per order within Europe).
   - non-registered mail
   Please note:
   - It is our experience that most shipments arrive safely and soundly even by non-registered mail but, unfortunately, sometimes they do get lost. That is why we strongly urge you to have your order sent by registered mail. Please understand that we cannot and will not be held responsible for shipments sent by non-registered mail.
   - For this reason, shipments outside of Europe do not get to choose; all orders outside of Europe are automatically sent by registered mail.
   
4. address details
   Fill in your address details and click continue. If you wish you can have your order sent to another address.
5. payment method
   Click continue to see an overview of your order and the total amount and choose your method of payment.
   (Payments are handled by iDeal and Paypal supported by TWYP-ING)
   
   Click confirm This will take you to the secured pages of your bank.
